In a nutshell…

I describe myself, first as an artist and secondly, as a designer. I am fully steeped in the design process, and care deeply about teamwork and collaboration. I am at my best in challenging, fast-paced environments. I also have a proven track record of being able to troubleshoot and develop solutions to design challenges.

eso Solutions

November 2016 – July 2018

As the customer success manager for the health data exchange, I was responsible for helping our customers use their data effectively by helping them design processes and studies that enable them to make informed decisions that impact patient care. Whether they were hospital systems, or EMS systems, or both, my expertise in data analysis and visualization helped to provide a framework for real-world, actionable decision making.

Alameda County EMS

December 2007 – November 2016

Responsibilities included organizing data and research initiatives for the medical director. Designing and producing educational and informational materials for the Alameda County EMS system. I also was the contract compliance officer responsible for maintaining and administering the 9-1-1 contracts with the ambulance provider and the various fire departments and dispatch centers in the county. My development of algorithms and data systems contributed to making Alameda County EMS one of the premier EMS systems in the country.

3.8 GPA. References from teachers available upon request.

Sculpture BFA | INCOMPLETE (1992-1995)

SONOMA STATE UNIVERSITY

Left the program to pursue artist in residency in Paris. Admittedly not the best decision I’ve ever made…at least the decision to not come back to finish my last semesters at Sonoma State. But formative time for me as an artist.
